You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment for a full refund. Once your order has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
We accept returns of most items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). Some items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to personalized products, perishable goods, and intimate items. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For items purchased during sales or promotions, the refund will be for the actual amount paid. If you received the item as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be posted. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us with your order details. We will investigate the matter and keep you informed about the status of your refund. In rare cases where a refund cannot be processed to the original payment method, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method.
